BeachEdge is a construction tech startup that is developing vacation homes which are affordable and hassle free for the modern-day homebuyer. We are creating an opportunity for the modern day professional to own a vacation home equipped with the latest amenities, close to major cities, has a great view, and can generate passive income when not being used. We make this possible by using our AI platform to identify ideal vacant lots and our 100+ years of combined construction experience to vastly simplify lot development, primarily in coastal regions.
